I don’t want to complain here about some of your products, because this is a MM thread, but if it helps, my experience of your support team is terrible. I got extremely frustrated trying to reach anybody, then managed to cancel a course within the time give, and then spent weeks trying to reach somebody again because money was still being taken out of my account.

Marketing and selling the knowledge is your bit, not support, so I’m not directing this at you, but since it seems to come up so much, it can only help you if we let you know what your support is like.

It can’t be easy getting support right, but perhaps look at Eben’s (and others) support teams and replicate.

Other stuff: I had the same experience with the UBD theme as the other poster - oversold. I develop in WP and even I fell for the pitch… and I’ve never used it since. I take it it was an affiliate link (and who can blame you) but the previous poster had a good point about sticking your name behind it with such a strong recommendation… because I also felt a bit dissapointed by your personal recommendation - I bought the theme straight away without double checking or doing research of my own. Tricky I know, but if you said it’s great for absolute beginners, but if you can handle WP make sure this is going to be useful to you… (I don’t know… this is your call, but you have a great reputation, and mud sticks).

OK - all that aside, I wanted to say Money Mindset is fantastic. The platform is beautiful and the delivery is fantastic.

I didn’t enjoy the other platforms - in fact, I didn’t like them at all - but this is very intuitive and simple and easy on the eye.

The content is extremely well delivered, and I just sat here making my plans for 2010, going through your modules and really enjoying them. I will purchase the rest as soon as I am able to do so.

PS I wonder if you would tell me what the learning platform actually is? Is it custom made, or is it an off-the-shelf product? Looks like what powerpoint should look like

I’ve been learning and doing for the past 2 years and I got lost in all the information. Those fundamentals just rebooted my brain.
