Unfortunate this guy on Mashable cannot tell the difference.

What I think his real problem is the fact that some spammers, somewhere, may read your teachings and try to flood Twitter with a bunch of BS, but this isn’t your fault. If Mark took the time to actually read your teachings, he probbaly would have worded his article differently.

Just my two cents, but I wouldn’t worry about this guy and what he said. Educated people who like to look at both sides will see you for who really are and not for what Mark portrayed you as. Your response was bang on and full of class. Kudos!

You really drove the point home well. I am so glad to see someone of your caliber take a stand and tell it like it is. It’s about time someone did. All of the little journalist blogger geeks like Mark and Duncan p*** me off too. I totally agree about the whole lack of research. I have had people do the same with me, asking “what do I know about article marketing?”, all they had to do was Google me or look at Ezine Articles and they would have had their answer.

I too, have been marketing online since 1994 and I have seen a lot of good and a lot of bad. I TOTALLY agree with you about Web 2.0, it would not exist without us as is the case with most internet companies, GOOGLE included. Where would they be without the billions of dollars of Adwords revenue they collect?

People need to get real - in the real world NOTHING happens until something is sold and on the internet it is NO DIFFERENT.

well presented and argued case…. Did you go to law school? …(jokes). Well as for the accuser’s did they even have the nerve to respond or withdraw the silly claims. Anyway,it all does you good John in the long run, the buzz around this just serves to highlight you and the great achievements you have made. L.o.L. on Mashable’s traffic compared to Blogrush……John,they’re just using your name -in a 50Cent hiphop battle type fashion- to make a “come-up”. Blogging greatly deals with generating a buzz and what better way to do it than to diss someone who’s already showing and proving.
