I still haven’t received a confirmation email either. I logged in to the site when I initially signed up, but once I logged out, now I only get “Your account not confirmed”. I don’t have an email in my spam box or inbox.
Please let me know what to do/

same things happening here - I submitted 4 blogs with 4 different emails - same thing everywhere. Also the widget not showing: “Invalid URL” is showing instead.

I have Blogrush whitelisted from resending the password, but the confirmation emails certainly didn’t come through to anywhere.
A way to resend confirmation emails would be appreciated - the referrer IDs don’t correspond to any data you can pull from the widgets, one account, many blogs and the referral tracking links are obfuscated even in the cookies

Can’t sign back in because I’ve had no confirmation code.
It hasn’t been filtered locally. Checking Webmail… it’s not there either.

Just reporting on my end as well….
I didnt get a confirmation email. Which was fine, untill I logged out lol, now I cant log back in.
I dont use a free email service, its actually the email I have posted this comment with. My own personal domain email.
I can request my password, and I get that email just fine. But just havent received a confirmation email.

I don’t think wordpress.com will allow you to post “script”, just like you can’t put adsense on there, unless you upgrade you membership to paid and then maybe, but I think your best bet is having the free version that you can control.
Just my thoughts. I hope this helps. By the way I went and tried to add the widget to the wordpress.com site and it would not allow me to run script. So it didn’t even show it.

John - I could log back in to get a referral ID, but switching off the requirement for confirmation solved the problem.
I was trying to find a way to get a referral ID for a review, I already had the code installed on 2 blogs, but had logged out while testing the referral was working for the widget and sets the cookies / session IDs correctly.
Don’t concern yourself with it, if people can log in, there is no need for them to try and hack together referral codes for accounts they have opeed but can’t access.
p.s. email is easier than comments sometimes, I think you might be using caching after that small Digg I sent you.

Trying to add my blogs, but the Add a Blog form will not accept my FeedBurner feed urls. They take the form “http://feeds.feedburner.com/InternetIncomeAlliance”
The error message is “Feed has invalid format. (Parse Error: Invalid feed format)”
I suspect many of use FeedBurner to manage our feeds,
I hope this can be fixed because this is GREAT idea.

Paste the code into a text widget if you have one available in the Presentation > Widgets section of your blog dashboard. You can add up to 9 text widgets at the bottom of that page.
This is if you are running your own blog on your own domain. I don’t think you can add code to a Blogger blog.

What I don’t understand is how come the syndicated blog posts through Blogrush do not have the blogrush widget on their blogs at all. I had assumed that it was a traffic exchange program whereby all parties involved have the blogrush widget installed.
Has syndication credits already been sold?
Or did I get it wrong. *confused*

me again, it is solved. FEED URL is the URL that is normally displayed under your blogpost and call something like this Subscribe to: Posts (Atom) at least on blogger.com
You just copy and past that URL into the field at blogrush.com

Anyone else been getting hit with the downloader virus alert from Norton? I was only on my site and just uploaded the BlogRush code to it and got an alert.
I just logged onto another of my sites and got it again and the only thing open at the time my site, so it’s not coming from anywhere else that I am aware of.
Is there something in the code that resembles this virus that Norton might be picking up?

It seems like some people can see the whole main page with IE, but I cant with my IE either. I only see the top header graphic and top login boxes.

I really like this concept, and I expect it will work really well for most of us. Thanks and Kudos!
I seem to have a problem, though. I signed up last night when you went live, and everything seemed to be working just fine. I’ve been tweaking my blog layout as the widget is way to large for my sidebar, (it overlaps the content… oops.) I set it up to display below my header on the right. Once I got the css code right, I republished the entire blog. Now all I see where the widget belongs is “invalid URL”.
According to the Dashboard, there is a Parse Error, and no posts in the feed. I tweaked my settings at Blogger and republished again. Then I manually checked the feed, and the posts are there.
How do I get BlogRush to recheck my feed (atom.xml)?
And just a thought. Blogger also publishes the feed as rss.xml. I didn’t see anyway to change the from one feed to another. The ability to change which feed is used might be a handy feature.
I hope you get some serious sleep. You can’t run on adrenalin forever!

Well, I don’t know why, but the widget is now showing up. So far, so good.
However, none of the links are click-able in Firefox. (2.0.0.6 on my desktop and 1.5.0.4 on my laptop). They links do work in IE, (but the css layout doesn’t
). Links on other members blogs work fine in Firefox.
Further testing makes it apparent the problem is in the floating div. When I remove float:right; from the class definition, the links work. position:absolute; seems to work, but I still need a floated div as a placeholder. And the links in the portion of the widget over the float do not work… Darn. Now I have to redesign my blog to fit the widget! At least, until this glitch is figured out.
Just thought the code gurus would want to know.
For the record, I use Blogger, but host the blog on my stock photography site. But this seems to be a css issue, not a Blogger issue.

When I try to log in, I get this error:

If you feel this is an error, please contact us.
Unfortunate! I got my account created, copied out the
code, and you’ll see the widget on my blog. I even sent
the referral invite to a few people. I don’t recall - I may
have sent an extra invite AFTER getting through the
account setup.
So - is my account ok? Or do I need to sign up again?

Hi;
If you’re getting the “Invalid URL” error when you try and use the widget on your site, then changet this line:
blogrush_feed = “xxxxxxxx”
to
var blogrush_feed = “xxxxxxxx”
obviously the x’s represent YOUR id number, you only need to add the word “var” and a space to the beginning of the line.

I’m in tears trying to install Blog Rush. The videos for Blogger didn’t match the terminology. Obviously I haven’t upgraded to the latest templates. So I’m trying to figure out how to do that and it’s just so frustrating. I’m not technical but I can usually follow directions. Everything I point to has 5 more pages of directions. I feel like such an idiot that I can’t figure this out.

Have not been able to get BlogRush working on my WordPress blog.
Followed the video instructions exactly.
But WordPress seems to be stripping the BlogRush code out of my Text widget.
Not sure if this is because WordPress is actively looking for it and removing it, or if
there’s a technical problem on the BlogRush side, or if it’s because _I_ did something
wrong.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem as Dan Power. The “TITLE” appears on the wordpress blog but the Blogrush code does not register below it. I have tried this with two Wordpress blogs with the same result.
