Let’s Feed Over 1,000,000 Children Within 72 Hours | |||

My close friend, Stephen Pierce, has just launched an amazing fundraiser… His goal is to feed over 1,000,000 million children within 72 hours. While many of us are enjoying our Memorial Day Weekends by relaxing and spending time with friends & family, let us not forget that there are many people all over the world that are suffering at this very moment. And many of them are hungry children. Please join Income.com, and Stephen’s other great partners, in helping to feed over 1,000,000 children that need our help. Here’s How You Can Help: 1. Visit the web site at www.foragreatercause.org 2. Download the free “Success Report” that will by itself donate a plate of food on your behalf — even if you don’t give one penny of your own money. 3. (Optional) Donate any amount that you’d like. Every single dollar will help. * You get TONS of free business & success audios, videos, and special reports when you donate. 4. Spread the word! Email your ezine lists, post about this on your blog, and feed children that need our help! A HUGE “Thank You” in advance for any help you can offer this amazing cause. |

Hey John
I went to the site and signed up and was looking to donate a few dollars I have left on an old paypal account I will be closing down soon. I didn’t see any donate buttons, didn’t get any special report and all that happened was that I was sent to http://www.1shoppingcart.com/ecommerce-blog/
Is this what’s supposed to happen?

Looks like it’s working now. Made the $30 dollar donation. Too bad there was nothing in the package from you. The Shoemoney interview blew most of the stuff away though, would definatly have paid more than $30 for it. Keep up the good work John.
BTW. Is there a shortlist I can get on to make sure that I get one of the VIP spots?

It was a pleasure to donate to this cause. I’m proud of everyone that contributed something.

Hi,
while this is a great idea…i have one problem with it. Once these million children have had their plate of food, they will go back to being hungry again, while we…..won’t.
I think an even more worthwhile cause would be to find something where you can make a lasting difference to one person’s life.
That’s why i recently signed up with a charity called Compassion, who organise child sponsorship. They, together with the sponsors, support 700,000 children across the world. 80% of everything you give goes directly to the child, and it costs only £18 ($36) a month to sponsor one.
You may not like the christian aspect of it, but hey, it does a lot of good. And i’m sure there are other non-christian charities doing similar. Check it out….

I really hope this is the Trend of Internet Marketing. Cars and Homes and Boat pics can get a bit boring.

Due to social- and health problems from childhood I have lived in poverty for a long time. fortunately I am living in a ‘wealthy’ country and fortunately I had an angel as mother, who was always able to share in spite of our circumstances. Her birthday was 17 October. International day for the eradication of poverty:http://www.atd-uk.org/internationalday.htm

I have tried signing up at the foragreatercause site over and over for the last 24 hours, but it directs to a contactsave page which will NEVER display and so nothing happens. Does anyone know what is going on?

John Reese is an amazing supporter. I just wanted to stop by here thank JR and everyone that has helped support this cause.
Not sure if you remember or not, but in 2005 John also gave his unwavering support when ForAGreaterCause.org was first opened to give support for Hurricane Katrina.
Together, we all raised over $620,000 that went directly to various charities.
And now, we have been able to do something else unselfish… to feed 1,000,000 children.
John makes all kinds of contributions to others that people don’t know about. And since I don’t go around posting on forums, blogs etc. I wanted to break that silence and do so by coming here to Income.com and give JR a big public thank you for his support, not just over the last few days… but over the years.
It’s easy to mail for something or promote something when it’s going to put money back in your pocket at some point, or it’s to position you, your upcoming product etc.
However, it takes a different kind of marketing soul to endorse and promote something that makes a deposit into your heart and not your pocket. That benefits a cause that is greater than our own egos and business positioning.
For JR and all of those marketers who held up their torch in unity with us over the last three days… I extend to you gratitude from the depths of my heart.
We have more in common than a love for marketing… we have a unbreakable bond and greater love for mankind.
Thank you JR and thank you to all of you who have opened up your hearts to help feed the children.
